The clinic will be hosted by our senior associate Mirell Prosa and associate Oliver Kuusk and will take place via MS Teams as an online event. Attending the clinic is free of charge.

Mirell leads our startup's sector group in Estonia, bringing extensive experience in the field of startups to the table while also advising clients in M&A and IP matters. As an associate with the firm’s Competition & Regulatory practice group, Oliver is involved in advising our clients on telecommunications, media, and intellectual property matters.
