  • Panos Manolopoulos

    Global Leader Board Services, Stanton Chase

    Panos is the Managing Partner of the Dubai office and one of the main shareholders in Stanton Chase Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Bucharest, Romania, and Moscow, Russia. He has been a member of the firm since 2003, and he has served as Regional and Global Practice Leader of Consumer Products & Services, Board member Vice Chairman Regions, Vice President of Europe Middle East & Africa, Board member Vice Chairman Business Excellence, and most recently Global Practice Leader Board and CEO Services. He is also one of the main shareholders of Action Coach Middle East.

    Before joining Stanton Chase, Panos served as Chief Administrator of the University of Wales Swansea, Athens Campus, and Managing Director of IKRP/RECON, one of the largest regional Law Business Consulting firms in Southeast Europe

  • Byron Loflin

    Global Head of Board Engagement, Nasdaq

    Byron Loflin is the Global Head of Board Engagement at Nasdaq where he leads the governance team in providing a strategic, collaborative, and technology-based approach to support boards’ efforts to strengthen governance effectiveness. The portfolio of governance services and products includes a variety of board, CEO, and management evaluations, and streamlined Directors’ and Officers’ Questionnaire/pre-proxy disclosure processes and the Nasdaq Boardvantage portal. Byron is the founder and former CEO of the Center for Board Excellence (CBE), which was acquired by Nasdaq in 2019. His experience and expertise are in the design and administration of evaluations, and advising boards, board chairs, CEOs, and executive management on board strategy.

  • Kevin Bradbury

    Partner, Stanton Chase

    Kevin joined Stanton Chase in 2012 and is a Partner in Amsterdam, where he has settled in the Netherlands. He is the Regional Private Equity Practice Group Leader for EMEA, also active in the Technology and Professional Services Practice Groups.
    As the EMEA Private Equity Practice Group Leader, Kevin and his local colleagues work closely with investors to attract seasoned, experienced executives to manage and maximize growth for their ventures and portfolio companies.
    Kevin graduated with a B.A. in Law and Political Science from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He is Hogan Licensed for Management and Team Assessments.
