The event will be focused on current M&A tendencies and challenges related to the availability and cost of capital. Our speakers will talk about recent M&A and capital raising case studies, share lessons learned and provide insights about the complexity of process. In the panel, we will have a discussion on capital availability, effects of high-interest rates and turbulent market environment on M&A deal execution.
