This training course will look into the legal, relational and practical issues that investment professionals face when they sit on a board of directors. The course will include subjects such as structure and role of a board, legal aspects and liabilities, processes, interpersonal relationships… It will focus on practical implications therefore, several cases and practical exercise are included in the programme.  

In order to enhance interactions we will only accept a limited number of participant.

To accommodate our members, Invest Europe has decided to hold the 2021 edition of this course as online training. The online course edition is being designed with the same key elements that are valued by our course participants – excellent content and speakers, and interactive group discussions. The updated course structure and format will accommodate online delivery, with shorter sessions and ample audience engagement.
