Venture Faculty was established to realize the potential of the Latvian business and startup community by strengthening those companies through three pillars of action:
- Connection:  make our global networks available to achieve the best opportunities
- Guidance: support companies through business growth strategies, customer development, corporate consulting
- Investment: fundraising and skin in the game co-investments 
The office is located together with our co-working space in Riga, Latvia.
